Best Repair And Installation Of Water Pipes in Columbus OH

These were my go-to plumbers until I had a basement clog in a drain. I was told the work was warranteed for 30 days. It reclogged 3 weeks later but I was told that the warranty would not cover it because it had to have been caused by stuff going down the drain. Isn't that what a drain is for?? They said this without even examining the drain to see what caused the problem! And I had never had problems with this drain before. Beware, this company will use loopholes to avoid honoring their warranties!

Follow-up: the owner contacted me immediately, honored the warranty and his staff did a fabulous job of repairing the drain clog! Thank you!

Nick was very nice. Acted very professional. He made one mistake. He forgot to turn the water back on to the hot water tank. After waiting 2 hours, we figured it out. Very good experience. We had a problem with the outdoor draining of the sump pump system line and breakdown in the outdoor piping for sump pump drain. The line had root debris and needed to be jetted and piping pressure caused the piping to collapse. Mr. Rooter came in and did a great repair job. No complaint as of the present. The service were very professional. Explained the problems and also took me out to view the problem on camera. As I stated at present I am very pleased with the results. Thanks Mr. Rooter!!!

I had an emergency situation with a shower valve. I called the company on the weekend and the representative was there within an hour. Shane promptly assessed the situation and even called another company professional in to ensure the best possible approach for the old pipes in my complicated basement.
