Waterworks was great to work with from start to finish. They were prompt in their communications and starting and finishing a major sewer repair. They were available and willing to walk me through the steps of the repair, provide recommendations, and answer any questions I had. Everyone that came to our house was professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. In addition, the final cost of the project did not differ from the original estimate provided.In June 2022, we identified sewage backing up into our basement. Every time we used any water, we got more backup in the basement. We called a plumber (not Waterworks) to snake it (Wednesday). They spent 2+ hours and were not able to clear the blockage. We have an exterior sewer line policy through a home warranty company. I called to report the blockage. They sent someone out to snake (Thursday, no success), then hydrojet (Friday, again, no success). They located the blockage via camera, and it was under our concrete garage floor. Our little sewer basement backup turned into a major and very costly repair.We proceeded to do our due diligence and get 3 estimates for the repair. I was hesitant to call Waterworks, but based on a recommendation, I had them come out to provide an estimate. This was the best decision I made during this process. We did not have use of facilities in our home during this time and were staying elsewhere, so time was of the essence. Waterworks came out same day (within an hour) to provide an estimate (Monday). Their estimate was 33% less than another major service provider in the area.We had the estimate and knew we wanted to go with Waterworks. The next step was to work with the home warranty company to get everything approved before the work could start. When needed, Waterworks jumped on the phone, called the home warranty company, got them the information they needed, and we had the approvals to start the work (Tuesday).Immediately after that (within minutes), Waterworks jumped on getting the appropriate permits and they came out on Wednesday to start the job. The job took 3 days, but we had use of facilities back on the day they started the work. The job involved breaking up the concrete floor of our garage, excavating (7+ feet down), repairing the compromised sewer line and fixing some other areas that could cause future problems (a separate issue Waterworks identified during the repair).Sean and the crews that came out were exceptional. They were always right on time (even early). It was a hot and smelly job, but they got right to work and worked hard. On Day 1, they identified the problem and made a temporary repair so that we could be back in the house that day. On Day 2 they removed the temporary repair and made a permanent repair. On Day 3, they filled the giant hole and reinstalled the concrete flooring. Sean kept us informed every step of the way. He gave us options and recommendations throughout the process. I also appreciated that on several occasions I saw Sean educating some of the other crew members on what he was seeing and potential approaches to remedy.After the repair was complete, we had to work with the home warranty company to get reimbursed for the work. After we submitted our reimbursement paperwork (with lots of detail provided by Waterworks), the home warranty company had follow-up questions for Waterworks. Waterworks always provided prompt responses to keep the reimbursement process moving.As homeowners, we try to prepare for the unexpected. This was beyond unexpected in terms of scope and cost. Waterworks really went above and beyond to provide a high quality and timely repair, as well as to work with our home warranty company so that we could be reimbursed for the cost.

Can't make enough positive comments about the Team! Truly amazing work! Have use their service multiple times over the past three years since moving to Columbus

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Plumbing One has done a great job. I work for Franklinton Farms and they have given us excellent service and rates for our plumbing installation needs. We did have 1 small issues with 1 of the jobs, but they were out immediately to fix it. Definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.

Charged us $185 to snake a bathroom sink drain.
Mike broke the flange on the sink.

Took no responsibility.

Follow up (different guy), said there was NO WAY that snake could have broken the flange.

Would have cost them about $20 and 10 minutes to replace it.

Deny, deny, deny.

EDIT: They came back and handed the $185 check back. We still have a broken drain assembly.

Rose Plumbing unclogged our sewer line after a tree root grew into the pipe. They quickly and professionally responded to the issue in our basement and we are so thankful for their hard work!

Great people to work with!

Would give zero stars, but have to leave something. Attempted to have a quote performed for a few toilets and a urinal. Called exactly 10 times over a two and half month period and never received a call back, ever. Was repeatedly told I would get a phone call the next day which never came. The last few calls I placed I received from crudeness from whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming they recognized me, as I recognized their voice time and time again. All I wanted was a quote but they were unprofessional and wouldn't give me the time of day. Thanks for reading.

Great customer service. They do good work for a fair price and can usually get you scheduled quickly

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

A friend of mine recommended Evolved and they helped us get our gas line up to code. Austin was responsive and professional. Will definitely reach out to them in the future!

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

I use American Air for my home and two rental homes. They have always done an excellent job. Most recently one of my renters noticed the AC was running continuously. I called American Air and they were able to go out the next day. The tech called me and said the cost of the service needed would exceed the cost of a service agreement so it would be beneficial to me to buy the service agreement and then he would apply this service call under the service agreement. The service agreement also entitled me to a furnace check up that I used later in the year.
