The technician( Patrick) showed up and looked at our problem, another company was trying to charge us over 10K to tear up our basement and “ fix” our problem. Patrick carefully explained to my wife and I what was going on and that we did not have an emergency on our hands. His honesty and integrity saved up a lot of money and stress. We will be lifelong customers.

I'm opening up a nail salon and it's been hard finding a licensed plumber that deals pedicure chairs and making time. When I called the waterworks the receptionist was polite and answered all of my questions. The plumber was available immediately and came out to quote me for free. They got the work I needed done within a few hour, same day. The price was very reasonable. Ryan and the 2 other plumbers that assisted him were OUTSTANDING! The company also has plumbers that work 2nd shift which really worked out for me because I don't get off work until 6:30. I will definitely be using the waterworks plumbers when needed.

They cleaned out a deep clog in my main sink drain line. Was super impressed with the two men who helped me. They are on my goto list now for any other future plumbing needs.

I have a leaking hot water tank and contacted World Class Services through Angies List. The technician was friendly and professional. The quote had some additional items such as a maintenance membership and was double the quotes of other contractors. I believe this company would have been able to perform the work well, but the price was more than what I could afford plus there is a consulting fee.

I would like to talk with someone at American Air to explain my experience.. mabee get some peace of mind.
