Best New Piping in Columbus OH

We've used the Waterworks before in the past but was not satisfied with the most recent visit. We had a kitchen sink that was clogged up so their tech came by to fix it and offer an estimate of the full price. I knew up front that there would be a service fee of $60 that would roll into the full service price (BTW not all plumbers charge this) but what I didn't know was that the price to unclog the drain was $214 and it only took 20mins to do. Really?? $214 for 20mins of work and there were no parts needed?? If that's the case then their Labor rate is over $600/hour which seems a bit on the high-end. All the folks that I dealt with on the phone leading up to the appnt and the tech were very nice and professional but their pricing is not customer friendly. For 20min of work there should be some price ceiling. I filled out their post-service survey and shared my experience asking for someone to call me but no one has. Buyer-beware here.. :-( Scott

I was personally referred to Fritz Baumann & Sons, Inc. and was very pleased with prompt scheduling by Steve. The tech Tim was masked, polite and professional. He diagnosed two issues, made repairs to one and let me know what city dept. to contact re the other. He also installed new under-sink shut offs and a new faucet in the kitchen and replaced a bathroom vanity and sink. All in one day! Will definitely refer and use them again!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

We had a great experience with Plumbing One. Tom and JD were polite, professional and did a great job on the water heater install.

I rarely post comments online. I am actually looking for a plumber to replace my water heater so I pulled out my folder of invoices from past plumbers we've used. I'm using them to jog my memory on who was good and who was not. I remember this one guy fixed my leak, but left a small mess after repairing a leak at my water meter in the basement. Reading these other posts, I was thinking that I shouldn't use these guys. Then wait! I had used them before. They fixed my leak, but I also evaluate service technicians on their professionalism and dedication to not just fixing the problem but leaving their work area as clean or cleaner than when they arrive. These guys did not so the other 1 star posts do not surprise me.

We’ve used D&L Plumbing a few times now and they have been fantastic. They were able to install a gas line to an outdoor fireplace when we were told by our contractor it couldn’t be done and he basically bailed on us. Not only was D&L able to install the gas line but they really cared about keeping the costs low for us. They also took care of some leaky plumbing that could have caused a lot of damage. We highly recommend them.

I had a new stove delivered, but needed a professional plumber to fix the gas hookup valve. I made the mistake of trying to call someone else first - that guy just never showed up and stopped returning my phone calls/texts. Yikes. Called Eco Plumbers and they saved the week. Couldn't get out for a couple of days (called on Saturday, they scheduled to send someone the following Tuesday), but they actually showed up (very good) and told me exactly what to expect. Hayder was the pro they sent out to help me - he worked quickly and was really good. Now I have a stove that works - very happy customer.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

A friend of mine recommended Evolved and they helped us get our gas line up to code. Austin was responsive and professional. Will definitely reach out to them in the future!

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

Repaired furnace ' I'm very satisfied

I had 2 leaks, 2 Bidets and one refrigerator water line to be hooked up. Vic and team did all the work quickly, wearing booties on their shoes and masks on their face the entire time. They are clean, professional, and thorough in their work. Will use again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!
