We had a dripping shower faucet and a toilet that took forever to fill, though it did not leak. We have an old house and the husband does like to mess with old pipes. I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.

I found Don's Home Improvement info while purchasing a storm door at Menard's. After sending a inquiry email, Don responded almost immediately even though it was after business hours. On the day of the appointment, he was on time, very friendly and professional. My door looks awesome! He will be doing all my future home repairs that look like they are too big of a job for me, and need a professional touch. Thank you again Don!

Dont wast your time unless you want to get stood up is right wasted a whole week of my time didnt even have the courage to call me

The (Handyman) showed up and took a hour to put together a ceiling fan. During this time he had to go to ace to get wire and clips. (I guess handymen don't bring items needed to the job). So after he gets back he put together the rest of the fan and leaves. Before he does he tells me I need another part so its still wasn't hanging. Then he charges me for the items he bought and takes these with him.

I call the company and am told he was getting fired for poor work. (Why did you send him out then)

I was going to give 3 stars, but after reading my review. I'm giving 1 star. You might want to do stand up, your company is a joke.
