I scheduled an appointment 2 days prior and was told they would have someone out here between 8am and 10am on 8/1 to unclog a drain. I got a call at 9am, 11am, 12pm, and 1pm telling me they were short staffed and someone would be out as soon as possible. I am typically pretty patient and understanding, but by 2pm I could no longer wait for a plumber from Mr. Rooter, especially, when I had scheduled this appointment days in advance and they couldn't even give me ETA any of the times they called. I ended up contacting a different company last minute who was able to get out here and fix my issue. I purposely scheduled for the earliest possible time frame in the morning so this appointment would not eat up my entire day, but Mr. Rooter successfully wasted most of my day and I had to cancel my birthday lunch plans because of all this so I will not be using this company ever again for any of my plumbing needs. I apperciate them contacting me every hour to let me know they were running behind and short staffed, but this was a terrible first impression considering I had scheduled an appointment days prior and wasn't trying to be squeezed into the schedule at last minute. Very disappointed.

The quality of customer service at Eco Plumbers is exceptional. We have always used EP for all our plumbing needs because of their integrated technology in communication, record-keeping, and most importantly, our plumbing in our house. The Buckeye techs always call to let me know that they are on their way. Brent arrived, rang the door bell then stepped back approximately 6 ft to insure safe distance between us. He explained that he would not be entering the house and asked me to adjust the thermostat to cool so that the A/C would start running. He checked to see when the last time the filter was changed (6 months previously) and asked if I need a new one. I didn't and Brent made sure that I knew how to replace the filter, which I did. Brent then went and did the annual check of the A/C unit. When that was done he also cleaned to unit. After he completed his work he rang the door bell again, stepped back and reviewed the work he did. He asked if I had any questions and let me know that an invoice would be e-mailed. Brent was very professional and paid attention to insuring safe distance. I have always been very happy with the work of Buckeye Heating and Cooling and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

I have never used this service and I never will. I'll exolain...explain.... Turning onto 71 from Frank road one of your drivers cut over 3 lanes just to get on 71. No turn signal, speeding, cutting 3 lanes. I was in my commercial vehicle and had to slam on the brakes so I didn't hit him. (Would have been his fault). Then this person speeds onto 71 north going well over the posted 55mph limit . I could t get a van number because his speed was to great. So this driver of yours sped, cut three Lans without signaling. This happened today 9-29-22 at approximately 9:20 am. He could have caused a very serious accident, including with me.
