The guy showed up looked at my toilet then went down stairs and checked the drain. Told it would cost $125. Then unclog the toilet and we talked for a bit then he left. He made sure not to make a mess and told me how to fix my problem so I don't run in to the same issue in the future

Good plumbing company does a lot of new construction

I had Jacob and Mark out this morning to fix a leak I had with a water filter tank. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the area and they even gave us a senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing recently for a water heater issue, installation of new heater and for a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal install. Appointments were easy to schedule and I received calls on the day of letting me know the plumbers were on the way. They were experienced, professional and did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. Everyone was very personable as well and explained the steps they were taking to complete the service calls. Old Hilliard Plumbing is the company I will be calling for all my plumbing needs.

This is a great company . They are kind, knowledgeable, caring, hard working, and they don't charge outlandish prices. They were all wonderful and helpful when my sister had to have her outside service line replaced.. I highly recommend them.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.
