Best Downspout Replacement in Columbus OH

Our hot water tank had the burner go out for no disclosed reason. My wife and I couldn't figure out what was going on, so we called Apex since they were one of the only companies offering 24/7 assistance*. Josh came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and walked us through what was happening with little to no hassle. Only hiccup was that our part wasn't available for same day service, but with a weekend issue, that's to be expected. Thank you for the easy and hassle-free experience!

Charged us $100 for them to glance at our dishwater and said it’s not leaking just get a new one. Called someone else to install a dishwasher and found out there’s been a leak going on for a long time and the whole floor and possibly cabinets need replaced.

Worst plumbing company that I have dealt with. Alex was patience at first and became not patience when we keep finding small water droplets in the shut off valve. He told me that he will tell his office to cancel the work order. So that the home warranty can send another company out. But then the office told the home warranty that the work is done. I have picture and video to show there are still water leaks. Planning to work with the news center about the issue.

Update- the home warranty called Another plumbing company to fix the issue that this company was not able to handle. The new plumbing company said they will report this company to the home warranty because the job was not done right at all. If anyone interest feel free to contact me and I can give more info. The new plumbing company was able to fix the issue within half an hour that this company was not able to fix. Run away from this company!!!!

From the owner response, to me it seemed there was a disconnect of communication between the tech and the company. If the issue was fixed by this company why did home warranty have to send another company out to clean up this company mess?

Make sure to check better business bureau. The last time I check this company rank was not good. So do your homework!!

Phil with Columbus Gas Pros is a life saver! The gas company did a pressure test on my gas lines and it failed, and they said I had a leak. At the recommendation of the technician from the gas company, I called Columbus Gas Pros and I'm so glad I did. Phil was responsive, willing to help, and honest. He is busy, but he genuinely wants to help people and do right by them. He wants to help fix your problem and do it without unnecessary expense. The whole time, Phil was so helpful and transparent. He couldn't get to my house for a few days because of his full schedule (which, given how good he is and how honest he is, it totally makes sense), but he wanted my problem to be solved and gave me recommendations for who to call to see if I could get an earlier repair time. It worked out that Phil was the soonest person to be able to come to my house and I'm happy that worked out, too. He coached me through next steps to get my gas turned back on and provided me with information to help me understand my situation to make an informed decision on next steps. I am so happy I worked with Phil of Columbus Gas Pros!
