We had a Slow bathtub drain and Plumbing One sent Jesse to our house today. He was Great, he tried his best to unblock our VERY OLD drain and did improve the flow very well. Jesse also explained the Problem with old drains and made An Excellent suggestion for us to consider. We will be calling Plumbing One back next week to follow through on his suggestion. We were very, very satisfied with Jesse and how well he explained our problem. Excellent service and Jessie cleaned up after himself which was Very Nice.

Amazing work! Their office kept me up to date on the technician arrival. When he got here he kept to Covid-19 safety protocols, and was able to answer all of my questions. I have used Chucks several times over the years, both at my house and in the school district I work for. They have always been professional in their appearance, conduct and performance. The one time called another company, they got the water moving from the drain, went out 100 ft., told me I should run a camera down for more money. Then told me I needed to replace my drain line because of what the camera saw. As we were kicking the idea around THE NEXT DAY, water backed up. This time I called Chucks. They came out and pulled a HUGE root out of the drain at 80 feet. ALWAYS call Chucks.
