Stating the facts:1. They were able to get to my home to fix my garbage disposal within an hour - which was awesome.2. They could not tell me the price on the phone for the replacement - they said it was by the job and there were a few variables to determine price.3. They charged $215 plus $35 service fee for 30 minutes of work.Had they quoted me the price when I called to schedule the appointment, I would not have used this service as others charge half that amount. Fast service, good service, expensive prices.

Our water heater had a small leak at the bottom that we noticed in the afternoon. Apex sent Rob out the same day to assess the issue. He was able to have a new water heater installed and running by the next morning. Due to the quick service, our flooring did not sustain any water damage. We're extremely grateful for the timeliness, quality of work and professionalism from Rob and all of Apex Plumbing.
