We previously had Plumbing One install a new water heater. We were so impressed with that installation, we immediately called Plumbing One when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. Plumbers, Tom and J.D., arrived as scheduled. They quickly found and repaired the water leak. Tom and J.D. are friendly, courteous and very professional. These gentlemen were so kind and honest. I had old 70 year old lead pipes leaking into my kitchen. I called Madison Plumbing and they came out, gave an estimate and replaced all of my bathroom drains within 3 days time (actual work taking only 6 hours). The next closest quote in pricing that I had was triple the amount and they wanted to remove several walls and do extensive and unnecessary repairs. I will call these gentlemen every time I require plumbing services.

I had a washing machine pipe issue on New Years Eve. I called many plumbers and most were closed, didn't call me back or had extra fees for holiday service. A 3 Aces picked up immediately, was friendly in scheduling, came on New Years day and had great service. Mike was friendly and professional. He did everything he could to keep the costs down. I would recommend this plumber to anyone. Very good company and people!

Called this plumber for sewer cleaning service. He came in the promised time, reacted quickly and did the sewer cleaning within half an hour. Very good!

If you need anything involving gas - STOP and call Phil! We were in need of a new gas line for a Weber grill. After receiving several estimates which we thought were very high, we found Columbus Gas Pro, and we are so happy we did! Phil worked for the gas company for years and has a wealth of knowledge. He is friendly, professional and reliable. I am impressed with his integrity and he will certainly be our first call for any future needs. BTW, his pricing was between $290 - $500 cheaper than the other estimates we received - and he used a superior product!

Eddie is the man! I decided to seek professional help after spending hours troubleshooting my kitchen sink clog. I called on a Sunday morning, explained my issue and he gave me an estimate for an hour of work later that evening. Eddie let me know when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very professional and cured my drain issue like a pro!

We used Miguel and his crew for multiple rooms in our house. He has two more rooms to complete and can't wait to plan those. They do great work. I love each project.

We used Calhoun Plumbing to repair a pipe burst in our first-floor bathroom. Calhoun repaired the pipe, and our contractor came in to retile the shower wall and floor. Upon finishing the job and testing the water flow, our contractor found that the Calhoun plumber had not connected our toilet to a water supply. The pipe used to fill the toilet tank was not connected to anything, stopped in the middle of the wall, and was covered entirely in spray insulation. Our contractor also found a small hole in another water line. Calhoun did not complete the job and did not test to ensure water was flowing and not leaking into the bathroom, which is precisely what the contractor found.

I called Calhoun and was told to email their estimates department. I emailed and was told I should have called Calhoun to fix it. I understand, but they didn't do it correctly the first time. And then didn't check their work.

Since he was on-site, our contractor finished the job and restored the water flow. I asked Calhoun to refund a portion of what I paid them since they didn't finish the job. I reached out to Calhoun on May 5th, my first email was answered; and since then, I have sent five emails checking in on the status, and none have been answered.

Responsive, better priced than others, and super personable. Took pride in his work. Will definitely hire again!
