They are quality and you can trust them. Don' call roto rooter or Mr Rooter or any of them- Ive made that mistake for you, too many times. Just call Drainmaster and rest easy , they will show up and will be prepared to handle whatever you throw at them.

Mom and Pop kind of outfit. Got name from a friend who had used them. Had an emergency well-line leak. Came and finished a repair the same day, while I was not able to be home. Sebastian spent a lot of time with me on the phone while I described where the problem was, what I knew of how my system worked. He gave me a couple of options, but in particular he was very attentive to my requests to keep the replacement routing in a particular place out of my way. It is an old farmhouse with low ceilings and maintaining maximum head room was a big priority. When I hung up the phone, I was anxious about what I would find when I got home, but I was very happy. I could tell that he really listened and did a really good job of routing the new line in a way that would not be problematic in the future. Well done, thank you. Would use again.

We used this service twice in the last two months. Workers are great, owner is not. Very unprofessional, very irresponsible. We called to have a clog issue resolved, and asked to have the line cleared as well. One of two services were not completed. When I made this apparent to the company, I was told that my lack of communication was the issue, along with me not being knowledgeable about pipelines. How am I supposed to know? That’s the reason we hired a plumber. Besides from that, she handled the situation as if she was an employee who hated her job, not the person running a successful business. Overall, it’s the management that is ending our business with them. We live in an older house and make several repairs, and make them immediately. I can foresee them losing a lot of money from us alone. Use another company if friendliness, and reliability matters. These aren’t inexpensive services, so I’m not happy with giving them my money again. Receptionist was great, guys were great, the owner’s entitled attitude will run them into the ground, unfortunately.

Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

I called many times and left voicemails to have my garbage disposal fixed. They never returned my calls. If you need plumbing fixed urgently go somewhere else. I waited over a week before contacting somewhere else. I did not have a professional feel from this company.

Harmony called me as soon as they opened to schedule my appointment. I have a home warranty and started the request through them. The man told me they could come today, gave me a time frame and showed up earlier then expected! The plumber was very nice and respectful. He changed my valve and gave me a new water line and was done in less then 30 min. I'm not sure why they have such bad reviews but I do know that plumbing issues are rarely as straightforward as ours was. I would use this company again based on our experience with them.
