Bryan and Shane have come out to my home and provided great service at a fair price multiple times. They really helped us out in a crunch on short notice. They installed a gas hookup on my dryer, they are the only company in Columbus that does this. They installed a ceramic cooktop and a faucet. A couple of weeks later my hot water heater went out, they found the replacement and did a great job installing and hooking up. They carried out the old one all at a really reasonable price. Great team. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

I initially contacted the Rooter Works Plumbing in June. The plumber Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable. The second time I contacted Rooter Works, Jack Miller was the next professional plumber who was equally courteous and knew his stuff. He was on time, wore a mask and was thorough in his assessment of the issue. I also had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Mr. Shumaker who was equally professional and provided excellent customer service. Customer Service is very important to me and unfortunately rare in our society today. However, from the schedulers to the plumbers, this company is the full service ---good customer service company that I would refer to anyone! I use Doc Thompson for all of our plumbing needs. They do great work and Matt Thompson has done a great job of hiring and keeping exceptional employees. They are always super kind with the homeowners and very reliable. We plan to use them for many years to come!

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.

We had a maintenance agreement with Buckeye Heating and Cooling for over 10 years while living in Powell, Ohio. After moving to Grove City, Ohio, we knew we wanted the same Service Contract again. Once again we are receiving top rated service. Signed a new contract and now we have piece of mind we will be taken care once again. Technician Max gave us a rating of 10 service. He was so nice. I would highly recommend Buckeye Heating and Cooling for a satisfaction of great work.

Got an appointment the next day after my call. Arrived within the time window given and did a great job installing my new water softener at a very reasonable cost.

We had a drain leak at a floor drain and called first thing in the morning. Sebastian arrived roughly 90 minutes later, and was kind, helpful, and professional. He not only fixed the problem that we called about but was able to do an additional non-emergency repair for us as well at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company as well as Sebastian.

After contacting this company about our water main leak Dave arrived the same day to look at the issue. He gave us a quote and we were able to communicate with him to schedule a repair between the holidays and severe storm. While a few unexpected issues came up he did everything possible to replace the line as intended. He went above and beyond to ensure everything worked properly and ensured all work areas were cleaned up. He was timely, showed up when promised, got the job done, and stuck around to make sure it was all good. He even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was working and cleaned up appropriately. We highly recommend and would use again.

I am very happy with the company. I was struggling with leaks in the kitchen for several weeks and other company was not able to diagnose and fix it. I decided to try different company and found amanda plumbing via Google. They came over and fixed one of the leaks but next day, we discovered another leak so I called the company again. They came again quickly and was able to fixed the leak and did not charge us for it. I am very happy with the service. The company will be my go to company for plumbing needs!
