Extremely pleased with the service I received. Jim installed my new water heater this week and I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. In the process of installing the new unit he encountered a couple problems with my existing set up and made two separate trips to Home Depot to purchase parts and resolve the problem- no extra charge. So courteous and professional AND my new water heater works like a dream. I would absolutely recommend Rooter Works.

Richard was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing inspection or repair/replacement of their backflow. His consolation approach was low key, practical and with absolutely no pressure. After consulting with me, he only recommended what was appropriate and necessary. He took the time to do the work right and happily gave me plumbing tips along the way. He also gave me careful instructions on how to properly maintenain the system for winterization, saving me $ in the future from hiring someone to do that for me. Ive used Drainmaster few times on my older home. They always come through even in the bitter cold this winter, Charlie was out to Jet my line and clear the roots. They are quality and you can trust them. Don' call roto rooter or Mr Rooter or any of them- Ive made that mistake for you, too many times. Just call Drainmaster and rest easy , they will show up and will be prepared to handle whatever you throw at them.

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.

Dave Mayfield of Z Excavating just did a well designed and professional job trenching and installing new underground gutter/downspout drain lines.
At a very fair price he included cleanouts and he recommended schedule 40 pipe based upon my situation.
He carefully established the correct fall to ensure proper flow away from my foundation. He carefully tamped the refilled trenches and cleaned up after the job.
Finally, he was exceptionally good to work with. He’s honest, knowledgeable and affordable.

Our water heater failed late in the evening. We called OWH and they responded quickly . Their price was hundred less that 2 other better firms we called. They we're here with a new unit in the early morning and did a very professional job.

I was experiencing a serious leak from my kitchen sink faucet. I called Mr Garrard and he immediately responded and resolved my problem in a very professionally efficient manner. His price was very reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend his service.

I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
