I would highly recommend Carpentar for any of your plumbing needs. Their pricing is fair and work is top notch. Our technician, Clayton, installed a battery backup sump pump as well as utility sink, replaced a bathtub spout and added an air intake pipe for our tankless water heater. We'll definitely reach out to Carpentar for any future plumbing needs.

Used the franchise to repair some siding on my home December. The initial visit had to be rescheduled because the work required two technicians. The technicians repaired the siding on the second trip. Received an invoice several months later for double the original price. Called the franchise and was told that the upgraded charge was for two technicians. This is something they failed to communicate during the initial consultation and when the initial visit was rescheduled. When I expressed my displeasure at their lack of communication and lackadaisical billing, I was told the staff would check with the owner and they would call back. Similar to other reviews, I never got a call back. I reached out again and received several excuses and the franchise refused to take responsibility for system errors which resulted in the delay related to receiving the final invoice. The franchise also said I never called when I expressed my displeasure for them not calling me back. I was basically threatened that this would be sent to collections if I don't pay despite the franchise taking 3-4 months to send me an invoice. In all, it seems as if this franchise fails to communicate with customers and won't take responsibility for their lack of communication and system/operational issues.

Excellent work, on time, very professional. They reinforced our 2 story deck and replaced the stairs. I could not be more pleased!

Jesse was very thorough in looking at our porch steps that needed replaced. He found a non-slip type wood and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.
