We hired Rooter Works to repair leaks beneath our newly renovated bathroom. I had tried to handle the project myself, and really flubbed it up. Brian Merrill Sr. was our technician, and we could not have been happier. He was extremely friendly, highly professional, and he took time to build a relationship with me and my two sons.Brian provided outstanding service and valuable conversation, making sure to explain what he was doing, and why, before he did it. You could really tell that he truly enjoys what he does and is a master of his craft. I learned so much during his visit, that I would almost say that I felt more capable of doing DIY plumbing projects in the future, but he made me promise never to try that again. Lol. Probably for the best!We would definitely trust and recommend Brian for future plumbing jobs. Today, he earned customers for life!

Our air conditioning unit quit blowing air. Unfortunately, BH&C seemed to send me a salesman instead of a repairman. The repairman tried to convince me we would have to buy a new unit for over $3,000 and he couldn't really do the repair unless we spent close to a thousand. I wanted a second opinion, and am glad I got one. A repairman fixed the problem for two-hundred dollars instead. I would not recommend Buckeye Heating & Cooling. Either the technicians don't know what they are doing, or they just want to upsell you.

Ohio Water Heaters were excellent to work with when my 2-year-old water heater suddenly stopped working. (The heater was purchased/installed by another company who is no longer in service.) From the moment I first contacted them, their team was professional, empathetic, and prompt. Despite some unexpected challenges, they took care of everything as quickly as possible and worked diligently to get the heater back up and running. Pricing was fair and detailed invoices were provided. I would recommend them to anyone looking for water heater service, and will definitely consider them for future plumbing projects.

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

My experience was an extremely positive one. Trevor was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He explained the problem to me and the possible solutions. When asked questions about each he was able to explain in detail about pros and if there were any cons. Quick and effective service for a fair price. We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
