The receptionist was nice and professional. The guy came out in minutes. Pete went right to work and cleaned out the clogged drain in minutes. He was very nice. Gave good advice for the future. We will use them again and definitely ask for Pete.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Jason really know his stuff! I am so glad to have a plumber to call that I can have confidence in. His pricing is fair, he always shows up when he says he's going to, he does thorough but quick work. I have issues I've had other plumbers look at and they didn't know what they were even looking at. Jason knew right away, what it was and how to fix it.

Eric came out as our technician very promptly on the day of our appointment. He was very thorough, and although he originally thought we were going to need to replace a pump, in checking things out completely, he discovered that a part had just gotten temporarily stuck in place, and he got it to open up and start working again. He carefully tested it again to make certain it remained in working order. We appreciated his time and consideration in trying to determine that we had the proper repair done. Eric was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We have been customers of Flow Right for many years---and it is excellent staff like Eric that will keep us calling when we need a repair!

Quincy did a complete and thorough check of my AC and furnace. He did a safety check on the furnace and a then a complete check and cleaning of my AC. He explained what he was doing and why. He also provided tips to help my units run more efficiently. He was complete in doing the job, friendly, and was a pleasure to speak with. I hope I can use him again in the future.

I had to replace my water heater pressure relief valve ($49.62 at the most) that the tech had to pick up from Lowes because Jon said his tech did not restock his work van (Im sure they charged me to fuel up his work van to make that run) Tech shows up and said it wont take long. Five minutes later he was done and 200 and 70 dollars later for me.. OH! and he did not subtract the $50 service fee as stated! Let's be honest...Nobody likes a liar. Lisa was nice P.S. Jon sucks!... Jons voice was cracking because he could not explain why I was charged so much. Clown!... Yooooo! Jon! you called me begging to take down this review and your bum tech did not have change for my cash! So don't act like I did not have enough. You are snakes in the grass and nobody should give you guys a chance. I did not demand anything!! yall called me back! Clowns!!
