Jorge was courteous and professional throughout the whole process of replacing our leaking anti-siphon valve and two hose bibs.

May 2022 AC wasn't working properly technician came out said it needed to be replaced. (Our mistake for not getting a second opinion) put in a brand new unit $15k, failed inspection for two codes. SIX appointments made with no show/no call. Several times I was told a manager would call me with no call. Finally THREE months later they came out and fixed the code issues after I threatened to call the state. Now the AC is not putting out cold air and is saying there is a Carbon Dioxide leak. Had an appointment for this morning....guess who didn't show up or call again. Time to call a lawyer I guess.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Great Service!! They gave me an estimate over the phone before coming out so there was no big surprise when I paid. The tech was not only on time but called to tell me where in the city he was and gave me an estimate of when he would be here so i didn't have to guess and sit around and wait. David the tech was super friendly and easy to talk to. Did the job well, was clean and efficient. I called green plumbing after dealing with many “professional” companies. I talked to Jason who genuinely gave me the time of day and completed a residential project for me with care and pride. It’s hard to find honest plumbers who take pride in there work. All American 🇺🇸 and genuine human, a rarity these days. This is a family owned company, understand they are booked so make sure you schedule and brick a time. I would recommend to friends and family.

I was charged 1.5 hours for 50 minutes of work. Charged 25 dollars for a used or spare handle the guy had in the back of his van. The guy was pissed at me because I had him out to replace handles on a shower. I told the guy the buyer of the house asked for a licensed plumber to do it. Still I got lots of attitude and general unprofessionalness. There are way to many plumbers in this town to deal with thieves. Go to someone else and roll the dice on them. If you deal with these people you WILL get robbed.

We had our sewer line back up at an even more than normally inconvenient time: at night, on a weekend, with out of town guests visiting. While we were a little frustrated at the lack of communication as to delays in the arrival (initially we were told it would be 1 hr, and then after nearly 1.5 hrs we called again and were told it would be another 2 hrs-- we were never updated about the delay), our tech Jason made up for it with his clear communication, professionalism, and ultimately fixing the problem within an hour of his arrival. We also appreciated that Roto-Rooter does not charge after-hour or weekend fees (other places we called were going to charge 100-200 just for it being on a night/weekend).
