Erik Hernandez was great explaining what happened and was fast. They referred me out a gen contractor to replace a tile. That guy was not so good. The grout is cracking and i had a new leak when he was gone. Affordable sent Matt out to take a look. Matt was great also. Leak's fixed now but the tile looks off. Point is, their plumbing is great; gen contractor, not so much...he gouged my tub with a dremel and didn't even say anything about it. I encourage affordable to find someone better to compliment their work not bring it down

Courteous. Thoughtful. Prior to entering our home, both put on shoe covers. When the job was done, they cleaned up and left our home the way they found it. As an engineer, I like to understand and learn about the installation. They were both patient and informative. I highly recommend these two young men. They reflect well on One Source. Furnace stopped working overnight and woke up to a 58 degree home. Called Comfort by Design and they were onsite by 1:00p! Garry was SUPER professional, helpful, and resolved the problem - burned out igniter - quickly. He also provided advice for the future. Could not be happier! Thank you!!!

Andrew and John were the technicians for this HVAC job and they were professional and knowledgeable in explaining the specific HVAC problem, why it wasn't working and why the part needed to be replaced.
