Best Mini Split Repair in Colorado Springs CO

We paid a 50% deposit to have our main water line fixed, then found another company to do our repair because we felt uncomfortable paying a company $3250 to dig up our yard and possibly have to pay more if it was on the city's side of the valve. The company had our money for THREE HOURS, and they insisted on a 5% cancellation fee. Again, nobody came to our property ; all we had was an invoice emailed to us and a couple of phone calls. Meanwhile three other companies came out the same day to do an estimate--no charge. When we cancelled and I questioned the fee, I was curtly and emphatically told they could charge us $1500, but they were being helpful. At that point, I didn't press the matter in case they did decide to keep the $1500. Yes, they offered prompt repair, but the cancellation fee left a bad taste in my mouth.

Would like to say thank you to Thayne. He gave more respect than the previous company ever thought about or considered. My experience with the previous company left more than a bad taste. Didn't know whether to let One Source look at my furnace. Gave them a chance and was glad I did. Thayne did what he needed to do and asked why the previous company didn't correct the duct work to work with the furnace they installed. He explained that what should have been done. It is my belief the previous company took advantage of me. Thayne did a great job.

Continue to have to great experiences with the system we purchased from Smith's. The service has been taken care of and we feel that we got the best product and support care we could for our money. Mike has worked with me to clear up issues, and to make sure that things get taken care of. Always good to be able to reach out to the owner of a business to get the help that you need. Thank you.

Eric came and did our cleaning and checking of our heating, humidifier, and hot water heater. He was a total professional, from giving us a heads up call that he was enroute to getting to the task at hand. I had a couple of concerns and he had answers and explanations for them. Once he was done, he went over all that he had done with us. Very personable and professional, definitely a great addition to an already great team.
