Jason and his guys were great. Fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves too.

The plumber from Mr. Rooter (his name is Alex) was pleasant and efficient. We needed several projects for him to work on (replacing the valves under the bathroom sink, and replacing/installing pipe and fittings to an exterior hose bibb and an outdoor sink that we puechased). He listened to what we wanted, explained the best way to accomplish the task, then ran to get some parts. He was back and had the job completed, all in the allotted time frame!I have been using Mr. Rooter for at least 6 years, and have had nothing but good experiences! I would recommend them (and Alex in particular) to anyone needing plumbing work!

Keith came out immediately to fix my bathtub facet even though it was late at night. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was very patient and kind to explain everything to me. I can’t recommend him enough. I found the price to be fair.

Hard to find a plumber that works weekends anymore! Or at least one that will call you back in a short time. Someone answered our call right away and was out quickly, and saved us some money. David was very professional and got the job fixed quickly.
