Nicholas was the first to respond to review all the details. He was extremely nice and reviewed all my reported issues. He called in Sean to review the Water Heater issue which showed the problem with the water pressure valve. Sean was very nice and stated that if the valve is replaced, we should see that the other items may be resolved. Sean explained the information about the valve and then fixed it very quickly. Although it was pretty expensive (this part is typically very expensive in general), I felt this was the best course of action to prevent further damage. Sean also followed up with me the next day to be sure that everything was working okay and thanking me for being a customer. I will definitely will use Affordable Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

I have done business with Alphalete Mechanical twice now and could not be more pleased. The first water heater replacement went off without a hitch and the building inspector told us that he wished more people did work like this. When we had need of a plumber at another house, our first call was to Alphalete and we were not disappointed. The work was done fast and accurate. HCD was sent by my home warranty company. They fully evaluated the pipe of concern and then gave me some advice on things I could do myself to improve the function of my sink. Basically, they fixed my problem and made my life a bit easier on the way out.
