A negative experience overall. We own a house that is rented to an all women sober or half-way house. On 10/14, we called for service on a blocked drain that was flooding the basement. An appt was scheduled for 6-8 pm. The drain tech showed up at 9:30 pm. He was only there for a few minutes when he said he would have to go get a different snake from his office.2.5 hours later, he came back after midnight (a mother of a newborn was waiting for him all evening to complete the job). He (Justin) broke the flange (according to the plumber who came out the next day). Our invoice has a garbled, not clear summary of what happened. He left the house around 1 am and left the basement door wide open on a cold night with women and a baby sleeping inside. These are women fighting addiction and abusive relationships. The next morning another appointment with the real plumber was set, and once again they were hours late. The repair of the flange took several hours and hundreds of dollars. The first bill we have received was $441.50. We are expecting the next bill for the flange to be about the same.We asked for the video of the clean out, but we don't expect it (they never sent us the video from a visit to a different house- which we requested on numerous occasions). We asked for member application, to help offset all of these huge bills, but we haven't received that either. To top all of this off, the drain backed up again yesterday. We called them this morning and said it was urgent. They promised someone at 12:30 or 1 pm. That person just showed up at 3 pm.We asked to speak to a manager about all of this, we haven't heard from anyone yet. I can only help that writing this review will help them improve their horrible service!

BUYER BEWARE -- DO NOT TRUST THEMHad this company replace my A/C in August 2020. At the time they were listed on Angie's List as a reputable company. They were pricey, but we needed the A/C installed quickly because of the high temperatures during that time. Installation went well (so I thought) and the crew was professional. As part of the A/C installation, they offered a Home Care Club that offered a discount and no-fee inspections.I was hesitant, but went ahead and took it. One Source called me a week later to schedule water heater maintenance. When the technician came, he failed to wear a mask, was rude to my spouse and did not provide any information to her when he left. I subsequently received a quote for new water heaters without explanation. I called the company and the tech later contacted me. I asked for an explanation. He was rude and said the water heater needed to be replaced. After further discussion, he finally admitted the water heater didn't need to be replaced. I tried to call One Source back to complain and they wouldn't answer the phone. Fast forward to May, they called for a furnace maintenance. I decided to give them a second chance (bad move). The technician arrived on time and after about 30 minutes, basically said my furnace required costly repairs or replacement. While it is older, I've had it serviced every year by another company and they've never indicated issues to the level he expressed. I look at the costs and asked him why every time a tech showed up to my house, everything had to be replaced. He got huffy with me and I told him I didn't trust him or his company. The next morning, I woke up to a cold house. The furnace was on, but not heating up the house. It was igniting so it was just blowing air. I called another company at the recommendation of a friend. The technician came over within an hour of my call. I explained the situation and he took a look at the furnace. He quickly found that an electrical connection was broken on the unit. It was a piece that is NOT easily broken. He quickly fixed it at no charge. He also noted that my electrostatic filter was the wrong size for my A/C and furnace and that there was unfiltered air being sucked into the unit. This electrostatic filter was installed by One Source in August. I called One Source and expressed my dissatisfaction and was passed to an individual named Courtney. They did not have record of my complaint about the water heater visit and told me that technician had been fired. I asked them to fix the situation with the air filter because that was their responsibility. I also asked that they no longer contact me expect for an update on the air filter. That was Friday, May 7. It is now Wed, May 12 and I have heard NOTHING from this company. This company is overpriced, is dishonest, and tries to take all your money. They tout being a veteran owned business, but it's just a marketing gimmick (I am an AF retiree). They do not care about their customers.

Thank you HVAC Solutions! Jason from HVAC Solutions came to the house, asked questions, explained the different options and let me decide what would be best for our home. Rich, Dylan and Jason installed a new furnace and air conditioner within a day and a half. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend the team at HVAC Solutions.

WireNut Home Services Plumber
Very pleased with Wire Nut services. They have great employees working for them. Jesse was very informative, very thorough in his assessment and helped us choose the right equipment without pressuring us into buying things we don’t need. He got us on the schedule for the very next day with Brian for a new AC install. He was also very professional and diligent in his work. Although work is not yet finished (manufacturing issue) he was able to get us a few window units in the mean time at no extra charge. I’m confident he will get it up and running in no time! Exceptional service in my book! Will continue to use Wire Nut in the future
