UPDATE: Logan arrived to my residence the next morning. He asserted that to me that he was NOT dispatched to my address or even got word of it the previous evening, that he was informed upon reporting to work the next morning (the morning he showed up). He was professional, kind, and quite compassionate about getting us our water back. In fact, upon fixing the original issue, another leak was discovered and Logan took care of business. I will NOT be using One Source Home Services until Logan gets a generous increase in pay, and such is proven to me; you want to lie to me about the service time let alone that the plumber even has a clue, now I know that a three-day turn-around from any other plumber is reality.I was given a 5pm to 8pm window I believe. It is now 11:16 PM and still no plumber - still no water. I have a 4:00 AM work call. I have called several times: Logan is finishing up with another job and will be his way to you. As a Veteran of 20+ years myself, I have all the patience in the world (hence why I'm still awake and still waiting). When do I give up hope?

Aubrey was very professional and able to get me on the schedule the same day. Josh and Travis arrived an hour ahead of our scheduled time frame, but waited for me to return home from an errand. They gave me a quote and after some discussion with the office was reduced. I was surprised that they didn't have the material, especially since I had told the office the materials I wanted to used for the replacement. I specifically asked for copper pipe and was disappointed when they returned from picking up the supplies with pex, especially given the higher price they charged. That, and siting the quality of their work of above others.I waited almost 1 hour for them to return with the materials, but the job itself was done in less than 10 minutes. The invoice was vague and didn't detail the service or materials used. Overall, I was satisfied that they showed up on short notice and got the job done.

I Would like to give a shoutout to HVAC solutions for doing such a great job on my furnace install! The guys were on time, professional, and cleaned up everything after they were done! My new furnace is running great . They have competitive pricing and their sales manager Jason is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and was very happy with the whole experience!

My brother has a long time friend Nate that has worked with the company and referred us to them. One of the tech's Mike came out to inspect our A/C unit and he educated us and our options. We chose to purchase a new air conditioning unit at which Scott Bryant came over and he gave us such great comfort, assurance and what A/C unit would be the best for our home. We had Dillon, Steven and Rob were able to come immediately to install our new AC. They were prompt, thorough, professional, kind, and the work they did together was impressive. It honestly felt more like family was taking care of us than just a company putting our a/c unit in. They came to inspect the A/C unit as well a few days later to ensure that it was working properly. I had a very expensive water heater and filtration system installed. I am on a well and the system was working great until a few weeks ago when the water smelled a tasted like sulfur. A technician came out and the water will be tested.
