Toilets were flushing slowly and one was leaking around the base.Mr. Bishop arrived as scheduled, checked with a neighbor who also had a plumber over to make sure it wasn't a city issue then proceeded to correct the problem. This is an older house and I was concerned the drain was collapsing or had becomer misaligned due to expremely cold weather, but l luckily it was only paper.They use a camera which showed the scale in the cast iron section and explained how it can be corrected by adding an outside access point and removing the scale.We will probably have this done when the weather improves.This service is higher than a simple clean out but the peace of mind is well worth the cost.Update 10.3.2021: Had a kitchen sink drain line cleaned and once again the service was prompt and professional. Great company with great employees.
