Called about 15 different companies and B&L got back to me and was able to help out the same day, Kevin was the plumber who helped me out and he was very nice and professional, 4 drains in my house including the kitchen drain were backed up, he fixed the kitchen drain and told me what was wrong with the rest. My plumber showed up and said he wasn't going to run his snake down the drain because I put chemicals down the drain. Tore into a wall to find another pipe, ran snake through three different lines, and still didn't fix clog, and left muddy water in the shower basin. He also said I had a collapsed sewer line that would be costly, without even being able to scope the line. I rented a snake from Home Depot for 85 dollars went through toliet line, and cleared in one hour. I still paid the $225 fee for Priority Plumbing to come out and fix nothing and leave a horrible mess😞 *****12/24/21 update. I was refunded the full amount, and feel like they made it right with me. It was a learning expierience I will never forget.
