He pulled the required permit, installed proper venting, and completed the required final inspection. He sent pictures of the completed project as well. Payment was easy through web billing. My water heater died suddenly at my short term rental the afternoon before guests were arriving, on a holiday weekend. My HVAC contractor fortunately recommended Steve who was able to obtain a new water heater last minute, then come over and install it. This was no small job as the mechanics for the house are in a tiny cellar with tight access. Steve was extremely professional, courteous, worked diligently to get me up and running, and kept me informed every step of the way. I whole heartedly recommend Steve for your water heater needs!!!

Had a great experience thanks to technician Joe Strobel. Our heater stopped working at the start of winter and they were very prompt with fitting us in to their busy schedule. Joe was very professional and spend a lot of time finding the parts we needed in stock nearby and updating me on the status of the repair. He saved us from needing to buy a new furnace unit.
