Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

We purchased a new heating/ac unit from Smith. The project estimater came on a Monday and workers were here on Wednesday to install the system. Special thanks to Sam who stayed until 8:30pm getting the system installed and operating. The installation team was very professional and dedicated. Don’t use them. If how they drive is any indication. Today during am rush hour he was tailing me relentlessly while we’re packed like sardines & I’m going as fast as I can. Can’t get over, can’t get in front of the vehicles in front of me as it was at union & circle where traffic lines back for days.

He was very responsive to my texts, & notified me when the repairman was enroute. The technician, Kaden, called me when the job was complete, & was also nice, courteous & informative. I feel the price was fair, & they even gave me $10 off. They used a camera for no additional charge. We were able to pay online. Their whole outfit is state of the art. They’re true professionals, & are our new plumbers!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

The plumbing work and tech was fine. They are very good at telling you the hourly rate starts when the tech is dispatched, what they dont tell you is the amount you pay will vary soley one where the job before yours was done. I paid 1.25 hours of travel time alone when their office is located 25 minutes away. Where did the extra 1 come from? That charge also included the travel time back which either means they are double dipping and charging the client after me and myself for the same commute, or, your rate will also vary if you are the last one of the day. Upon dispatch I even confirmed with the operator that I am not paying for commute from further than their office, which I was told I wouldnt and that ended up being false. I have also called multiple times, and the supervisor will not call me back. Dishonesty and lack of integrity here.

Rick was great! We had a water line burst and a flooded basement, called Rick and he was at my house right when he said he could get here. Looked at the problem, walked me through the solution and had it fixed in no time. Great guy, great plumber. Highly recommend!
