B&L Plumbing was an absolute GOD SEND! My shower cartridge went out and I had gotten a quote from another company that wanted to complete a super complex job, take out all my plumbing and do all this extra work for $1400. I called B&L Plumbing to get a second opinion, they came out immediately and gave me a kuch better quote. Both of the technicians that came out (Samantha and Keith) were super helpful and extremely professional. They completed the task quickly and efficiently. I was extremely suprised and delighted in the job they both did both with the consultation and the actual fix. I will definitely be using this team in the future.

The lady on the phone customer who answered had and attitude and when I decide to call another time she said please don't. Very sad to hear that that is the way this company answers phone calls.

I am changing this to a 1 star review because Cole said that someone would come and scope my sewer line after charging me $400 to snake my toilet. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I have left two messages and no return calls. Overpriced and bait and switch.I would have given you a 5 star review but you are charging $250 per hour which is crazy. That being said, you responded quickly to my call and Coleman, the tech you sent was very polite, efficient and did a good and thorough job. When he told me $499 for snaking my line I wasn't going to use you. But he discounted the price to $398 and threw in a free camera scope. The way I figure it I would have paid $200 for the line cleanout because you had to pull the toilet and a separate $150 for the camera so you're in the ball park with the discount but I won't call you again for being so overpriced out of the box.p.s. I find it interesting that your response is identical from review to review. No need to talk. I'm sure you are not changing your prices for me. Oh and I still have not had anyone schedule to do the camera on my line.
