I will never get a service from here again. They scammed our family with water heater. They said we need to change the water heater and ask us for $1200 but then it was just my mother and sister did not know how to ignite the water heater. Highly unscrupulous to women who does not know well and non ethical business.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Allied Plumbing is our go to team for any of our plumbing needs. They are accessible (you don't have to wait two or three weeks for an appointment), professional (they get to your place on time and equipped to do the job) and knowledgeable (experienced enough to trouble shoot issues that might otherwise need a much bigger job. They have come to replace a burst outdoor faucet day after Christmas, no complaints and at no extra charge, installed a new toilet professionally and I have them on my calendar for two more projects. Call 'em, they'd do the job for you and do it right!

Replaced the circuit breaker, fine. I wanted them to do some extra work, agreed to a deposit fee, but needed to cancel because life happens, they told me no cancellation because it’s “sold work.” Sold work that I don’t want but have to pay for despite them not doing it? You can keep my $1200, and I’ll leave this review in return and never consider your services again.Best wishes.
