Best Central Heating Boiler in Colorado Springs CO

In June of 2020 I contacted One Source because they were once the Heat Depot who I had worked with in the past to install my A/C unit.When the technician came out he claimed he had fixed the problem without ever seeing the indoor part of the unit. The technician spent more time trying to sell me products and services then he did looking at my air conditioner.After the problem persisted I called back and another technician was able to diagnose the problem. I scheduled service and when it came time to have the work done a different technician came and did not know what his scope of work was to be done on my air conditioning unit. He thought he was just adding additional refrigerant not replacing parts. Technician did not have the parts on hand and had to call the office to look at the work order to realize the scope of work was much bigger.I told the technician to leave because he did not understand his own scope of work. I contacted the office requesting a refund for the service plan I purchased because I was cutting ties with One Source. None of my service plan had been used, they refunded the plan and I thought that was the end.Fast forward to February 2021, One Source sent me a letter stating that they were going to file litigation against me for unpaid services, that they have tried multiple times to reach out, and this is their final attempt even though I received no calls or other correspondence from the company.Services that were “unpaid “ was the service plan they refunded. When I called to inquire about this I was told it was a mistake and to disregard the letter.Threatening litigation against somebody is a serious matter and isn’t an “oops” moment.I would not recommend One Source to anyone who isn’t looking to be swindled . Their scheduling, work order management, and billing department are all incompetent and have failed every step of the way.Edit: Requested the owner to contact me based on the claim I was not a customer. I was a customer of both Heat Depot & One Source after Heat Depot was bought out and can provide proof.Edit #2: Owner changed statement from “I wasn’t a customer” to “there was a glitch”No company worth its grain in salt doesn’t “accidentally” almost sue somebody.Owner still hasn’t reached out.

I have nothing but respect and gratitude for this company. I was in quite the pickle and they went above and beyond for me. I never realized just how important a clean garbage disposal is when it comes to my dishwasher. Lesson learned.

Tom came out and installed our new furnace! The care and extra mile he went through taking out our 1999 furnace and installing a newer one was beyond amazing. He was very kind and very professional! Over all Parkey's is an amazing company! With all the card problems I was having to moving our instal up because we had no heat, Tracy was so kinda and considerate through the whole process! I would DEFFINATLY recommend Parkey's to anyone dealing with these kind of issues! Thank you guys soooo much! I greatly appreciate you all!

I contacted Comfort by Design to add ductwork above my microwave to vent outside, add a gas line for a range, and a water line for a pot filler. The guys knew I had just gone through not 1 but 2 other contractors that really did a terrible job on a VERY simple project, that directly impacted the work Comfort by Design needed to complete. I explained that I was feeling apprehensive about having any additional work done because of my prior experiences. Their team assured me they could fix the damage that was done and complete their own work as well…..I just needed to trust them. I put my faith in Kevin, Joe, and the rest of their team and they made it happen! I am so overjoyed with the work they did, that I keep looking around my house to see what else they can come and fix! This is a fantastic company. From the office staff to the technicians, very professional, affordable, and the quality of their work is AWSOME! They answered every single question I had no matter how ridiculous. They made me laugh and they put me at ease as they drilled holes all over my house!  I really thank them for being so understanding and helpful! I will be calling them for any additional work I need done!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

We had a hot water heater leak over the weekend...the after hours plumber came and was here for 10mins, then told us he 'fixed it'. I payed $158 for him to lie to my face and practically do nothing. Then he tried to convince me that if we wanted to prevent this we actually should look at more that could be done and would have the front desk call me on Monday to set an appt. This all felt really sketchy. On Monday the front desk called and wanted to make an appt to get these extra things done and it would be at least $200.
I called a handyman friend of mine to get a 2nd opinion. As soon as he came to my utility closet he saw the issue, went to Lowes and bought the part for $30 then had it installed in 20mins.
Flow Right lied to me and tried to upcharge me for stuff I didn't even need.
What ever happened to business integrity? I essentially wasted $158 on these people.

Had them out to fix an old clothes washer connection. Super quick and great job
