If you need to do excavation DO NOT USE THEM. Leo's services was a nightmare. A job that should have taken 1 day spanned over a week. The lead for excavation projects Brian is never in the office and never picks up his phone. He take a week to get back to you via email. They broke our water intake pipe while they were replacing your sewer line. We had to pay over 10k to have the whole job completed. The workers left trash everywhere, broke the stone walkway in our backyard, parked the heavy machinery on our lawn rounding the ground, and didn't compact the ground properly when they were done, leaving a sink-hole looking thing very close to our house. I had to demand they come back and fix my backyard and re-assembly our fence (which they took apart). The whole thing was a nightmare. The only redeeming trait was getting a boss involved, Johnnie, who was more responsive and helped got the men to come back and fix my yard.

Joseph and Nathan are the epitome of professionalism. Our recent AC & furnace installation wasn't the first major job Oak View has done for us, and we've shopped them against competing outfits every time. We've not found better pricing, service, or professionalism, and they've now earned our loyalty. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

My brother has a long time friend Nate that has worked with the company and referred us to them. One of the tech's Mike came out to inspect our A/C unit and he educated us and our options. We chose to purchase a new air conditioning unit at which Scott Bryant came over and he gave us such great comfort, assurance and what A/C unit would be the best for our home. We had Dillon, Steven and Rob were able to come immediately to install our new AC. They were prompt, thorough, professional, kind, and the work they did together was impressive. It honestly felt more like family was taking care of us than just a company putting our a/c unit in. They came to inspect the A/C unit as well a few days later to ensure that it was working properly. WireNut called us to schedule a maintenance visit, and we asked how long it would take and we’re told 1.5 hours at max to check our water heater and AC unit. When the initial tech (Phillip Cuizon) came in, he was very kind and seemed to be doing his job, but his “job” was pushing 3 hours at a point where he wanted to call in a senior tech to get a second opinion. When the senior tech (Charles Dozeman) got to my house, he seemed friendly as well, but turned to very misogynistic. My husband was not home, and Charles kept asking me if I knew what a certain part of the AC unit did. The answer was no. If I did, there would be no reason to call. But when I said no, he was very condescending as to how he explained it. It got even worse when they both wanted me to spend money to change out a part that day and I said not today because I wanted to talk to my husband about it. Mind you they were trying to charge me $245 for a part that costs $10. Charles was at my house for another hour making a total of 4 hours they were “performing a maintenance check” when I was told it would take 1.5 hours. Then two days later our AC stops working, but it was working just fine before they came. My husband and I had another company come out to see why it’s wasn’t working, and we had to replace a part. We had this other company look over what WireNut suggested and he said 90% of what was suggested was unnecessary. It’s safe to say my husband and I will not be using WireNut again due to the lack of respect for my time, our money, and being condescending for what seemed to be based on the fact that I’m a female.

Home Heating was able to come out the same morning I called and determine that my water heater had a crack and needed to be replaced. Carlos my first technician did all the leg work and did a fantastic job. The next tech Alex installed the water heater in the early afternoon and they were super friendly and clean. Very happy with my results.
