Man they are the worst. I was happy with my install but they are so insanely unreliable at providing follow up services. I am writing this when they are now canceling my appointment on the day or service at the exact time my appointment was scheduled...This the FOURTH TIME they have done this for the current appointment.Avoid at all costs. They overbook and do not value your time. Take your business elsewhere

I'm not sure if they squeezed us in to a busy schedule or not, but they came and got our job done, which was updating piping to meet code. However, in the process, it doesn't seem there was any preparation involved. They left a mess along multiple areas that they cut in to. Paint and other finishes were chipped and damaged.

Nathan and Joseph were very professional and knowledgeable in installing our new boiler. The office personal (Tania and Rebecca) were always pleasant on the phone and willing to help. Tania even delivered a late-arriving part to the installers so that the installation could be completed in one day. Thanks to everyone at Oak View Mechanical.

Johnny was extremely knowledgeable on the a/c and heating systems and answered all my questions. The installers were on time and very professional and also answered all of my questions and did a thorough walk thru at the end. Highly recommend all Parkey employees involved.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

David and Matt showed up on time, handled the issue quickly even with having to run to the store for some pipe. Price was best in town. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Kelton G. is an excellent technician. He explained potential causes and what he was doing the entire time he worked to clear up the problem. He also found a potential problem and was able to fix it. GREAT JOB!!!!

Michael M was friendly, professional and respectful of my home. He kept me updated on the process of installing AC and explained any questions. I appreciated that his boss stopped by to check in on the installation, also very nice and professional. I'd use them again for any maintenance or service I may need. Thank you!
