Best Hot Water Heater Installation in Cleveland OH

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was a little on the high side. But not too terrible for a business.
My issue was not with them. My issue was on my brand new driveway. Their van leaked oil on it. When they pulled away there was a fresh oil stain. About 2-3 inches around.
I did not call them to complain. Because the longer it would sit. The harder it would be to get the stain out. I just got my cleaner and power washer out. And got it cleaned.
I think that a business should never pull into someone’s driveway. Especially if they have trucks that leak oil. Just very disappointing.

I called Dan today at 1st Choice Plumbing for a second estimate. I was shocked what he had to say. The first estimate I got was for 25,000 due to a crushed tile in my sewer line. I then decided to get a second opinion. Dan's team came out with an underground camera and inspected the line. To my surprise they told me that I only had a root problem. NO CRUSHED LINE! He walked me through the video while they were using it. He was able to get all the roots out in about an hour. I will definitely be using 1st' Choice plumbing from here on out!
