I would recommend Smylie One to anybody! Joseph was the first to come out to our home, he was wonderful! He explained everything to us, explained pricing, our options, and recommended what was best. He was so knowledgeable that I walked away with a complete understanding of how air and heat work! Everything explained throughout the whole process was clear and concise, not only from Joesph, but also the men that installed our unit. The price was fabulous in comparison to other estimates, and the customer service far exceeded expectations. The installers were clean, courteous and also knowledgeable. They explained in detail how our new thermostat worked, and explained what they would be doing when they got to my house. Thank you so much for making this process easy and for making sure I have air before summer! Highly recommended!!

They were nice enough, but I essentially payed $140 for someone to tighten a washer.

Once again The Plumbing Source responded to our call for service regarding a toilet in a timely manner. Rather than repair the guest bathroom toilet, we requested a new toilet. The serviceman, Piotr, also looked at the toilet downstairs which occasionally gives a problem; we requested a new toilet there also. The total time from Peter's arrival, assessment of the issues, delivery of the two (2) new toilets and installation was three + (3+) hours. Peter was respectful of us and our home. We have relied on The Plumbing Source since 1998 and appreciate their service and attention to detail.
