Best Furnace Repair in Cleveland OH

We had H Jack's come out and replace our heating and AC units five years ago. Since then, they have maintained it for us. Last night, our heater turned off, and our temperature began dropping. We called them this morning, and they had a team at our house in under two hours, and the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. Chris and Jason were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend H Jack's to everyone. Oh, the issue we had was under warranty - so we paid almost nothing!!

I had Gorjanc come and do maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. Nate was the service guy that came, he was very professional, very friendly, and quick. He made the entire appointment very pleasant. He did not try to sell me things I did not need, and that's very important to me. It was also reasonably priced which is always a good thing.

Very unprofessional, never gives a courtesy call-you wait and wait for service. Finally cancelled work to be done after a month of playing phone tag, this work was for a Church, let that sink in...
