I have nothing but great things to say about Five Star. Kamran has been out to the house 3 times since we moved in two years ago. He came out yesterday and fixed a leaky/running toilet. All the work was explained and it was completed for less then the amount I was quoted! I would never use another plumber.

I had to call Lakewood Plumbing and Waterproofing because I smelled gas somewhere in my house. I called the gas company and all they did was shut the gas off, and tell me to call a plumber. Lakewood Plumbing came out and they did detect a few leaks in the line down the basement. They repaired what they could, and replaced other parts of the line. Their plumber was thorough, and professional. They also charged us a great price for their services. I would recommend.

I was having a toilet problem called the office and within the hour Andy and Andy came out. They were the most professional and nicest guys you could ask for. They fixed the original problem and discovered there was another one that I was not aware of. Excellent work and such a timely manner. I was beyond grateful. I would recommend Killeen to anyone as well as these two young gentlemen. I have been a customer for quite a while and have always had the best experience any customer could ask for. Steven came out to clear my sink drain. He ran snake through the 30 foot plus long pipe a couple times and then reassessed when it still didn't clear it. After looking at the drain plumbing in the basement he removed the problem pipe and the excessive 90 degree fittings and replaced it. Then he flushed the whole line and it works better than ever. Excellent work for a fair price.

We were faced with a sewer emergency on a weekend during which we also hosted 6 guests from out of state. The initial representative we spoke with was very professional and thorough, calm, and ready to gather all essential information necessary for the team to help us. Within the same conversation she was also able to inform us that there was a likely probability the team would be able to be on site within the following 1-2 hours. Once we received the email confirmation, we also received the telephone calls alerting us of the timing of their arrival. The two employees were extremely professional, knowledgeable, solved our issue, and helped troubleshoot so we can avoid similar occurrences in the future. Thank you very much!

On the night of 7/20/23 we had a heavy rainfall come through, and it was at that time my sump pump decided to quit on me. Needless to say my bacement started to collect a very good amount of water. After doing the clean up and giving myself some time to process it, I called Big Creek Plumbing and they informed me that they were backed up, so they kindly referred me to Ken, and let me tell you not only did he respond in a very timely manner, he was also able to fit me into his already busy schedule for that day. They came out and not only assessed the problem but swapped out my sump pump at that moment. I WILL be using them again in the future.
