A&P has been out to my house numerous times over the years, the owner spent well over an hour on the phone with me at one point thoroughly describing the issues with my septic system and then gave me multiple options on repair/replacement. the drivers, office staff and everyone including are all very warm and welcoming and their service is top notch. I cant recommend them enough!

Very happy with Killeen. I called last night and they thankfully were able to stop over by 10:30 today. They were every professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the clog we had in our sewer main within an hour.

They also provided recommendations in how to maintain the line to avoid clogs from re-occurring.

They inspected, provided recommendation and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed. Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech came back two days later as they said they would and began working. Not only are they professional, but they are very neat. I am very pleased and will not only refer, but will be calling him again if I need any A/C repair.

Chris answered all of our questions regarding our issues, provided a detailed quote, showed up on time and crafted pluming like an artist. We had a burst pipe that was repaired by Justin. He was professional and on time. He explained everything he was doing and completed the job in no time. Very reasonably priced and my 84 year old mother was very happy!

Would recommend this company. Hired to remove a vanity and cap the pipes during a remodel of my laundry room. Crew was communicative and respectful and even provided some education on the process and things to consider during the remodel.

Plugged up toilet and they charged me $190.00 to just snake it. The tech was only here for 7 minutes. I think the charge was very high. BE AWARE, The tech has to come from Cleveland. The intake assist told me she would have someone at my place within an hour. It took two and a half. The guy did good once he got here and when I asked why it took so long, he told me because he had to come all the way from Strongsville.
