Mike the plumber was outstanding! Came out and installed and replaced a new toilet for us. Mike was extremely efficient and up front and competitive on pricing. Excellent work and excited to have a fantastic plumber with any future problems. Highly recommend!

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

Kenneth came out to give me an estimate on cleaning a basement drain. I found out it was completely normal to have water inside the drain. We are first time home owners and are learning as we go! He found where to turn on our outside spigot for us and gave me a quote to replace our garbage disposal. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. If we have any issues in the future we'll absolutely be reaching out to ARS!!

Luke replaced our hot water heater the same day we called. He did an excellent job and was very polite and friendly. He thoroughly explained everything about the hot water heater prior to leaving. Luke & Carl were very careful in bringing in the new tank and taking out the old one. This was important as they had to make some very difficult maneuvers to avoid damaging our walls.

Josh is great. He and his apprentice (Jason) installed a dishwasher. I liked the work they did so much that I booked them for another job minutes after they left. Honest, fair& they don't leave a mess - they clean as they work.

Brian and his team was great! They found us the right A/C units at a great price and got them installed quickly! When they were done everything was cleaned up and looked better than they found it! I will definitely use them again!

The toilet replacement was more expensive than I had anticipated, but I don't have anything to compare it to, so I don't know what the typical rate is. Anyway, the job was done very well and very timely. Well worth it.
