Best Hot Water Heater in Cleveland OH

Our house was built in the 50's. We had an old galvanized drain pipe from our kitchen sink to the basement. Over the years standing water in the pipe (it was pitched the wrong direction) caused it to completely rust through. This caused sink waste to literally drain into our finished bathroom in the basement. We had to tear out the basement bathroom to get to the drain pipe. Called Smylie One and they promptly sent out Dwight to take a look at replacing the pipe. He gave us a very fair price and scheduled the time to come back out and fix it. Dwight had to cut into the soffit under the kitchen to access the rusted pipe. Dwight cut out all of the rusted pipe and replaced it with PVC. My suggestion to anyone with a house build in the 50's is to check your drain pipes for rust and think about replacing them with PVC. It's not if, but when the galvanized pipe will rust through. I have attached a picture of the rusted pipe. Great job Dwight & Smylie One!

We called Five Star Plumbing on Saturday morning. They said they would be there between 1:30 and 2:00 and were right on time. Kamran went right to work, figured out what was wrong with our water heater within a few minutes and made the repair on the spot. We had to have Christopher Lurz from Got Plumbing, Inc rebuild our upstairs bathroom. All the ugly tile & caulking is gone! He even went to a warehouse where he ordered our tub, but the tub was not up to his standard so he took it back & got us a better one. I used to be afraid to call any plumbers to come out to my house. But since Chris came so highly recommended to me, I definitely will recommend him to anyone who needs excellent, fair, and high quality plumbing services.
