Straight to the point

Completely unprofessional! I had a scheduled appointment for 8a-12p for an emergency service with a sewer drain that was backing up in my basement. This company never showed up! When I called around 2p I was told they would still be arriving and I was still on the schedule. They never arrived or even had the decency to notify me they weren’t coming. I took off work and was stressed to the max! Pretty foul to waste someone time when another company could have been contacted to get the job done! Just terrible!

Called Gorjanc in the morning as our thermostat had stopped working. They came out in the afternoon and quickly replaced it. Felt the price was fair. The technician was friendly, explained everything well in a way I could understand. Tech wore a mask When he came in and we discussed it and I said it was not necessary. Very respectful of our wishes. Gorjanc will be our go to for any HVAC issues we may have.
