Mayer Plumbing waterproofed part of an apartment building and were absolutely amazing. They were so mindful of our property and took extra care to not cause damage to our grass with their heavy equipment. Their employees expained what they were doing and were absolutely professional. Steve D. was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. He came out once to inspect the water heater and he was also assigned to install it a week later. The other 2 guys that came to help him remove the old one and transfer the new one were also very professional. They were quick and very quiet; while working from home I didn't even notice them moving the old and new as well as see their van and truck leave! Steve had to make some modifications, he explained why in a way that I could understand, that was very helpful. He also kept in mind whoever would be coming out in the future if there were any problems with any other appliances in that room.
