We had a great experience with H. Jack’s when they replaced our hot water tank. They provided excellent service by: promptly sending a technician out the same day we contacted them for a quote, provided quality components at a very affordable price and the technicians that replaced our hot water tank were knowledgeable, very courteous and careful while coming in and out of our home (not to damage anything and also taking care with our pets). We would recommend H. Jack’s to anyone looking for plumbing/heating needs.

I waited too long into the season to turn on my gas boiler to find out it wasn't working and my house was <40 degrees during the day. I found this company thanks to people recommending them on Facebook and they came out to my house extremely quickly during such a busy season. Bill was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was, fix the gas boiler and multiple radiators while also teaching me how to bleed them on my own when air gets stuck in them. Bill and the office team were always extremely professional while providing amazing service at a great price for the area. I'll be using them yearly for my maintenance check ups and any future repairs or upgrades to the system.

Amazing plumbers, amazing service and response time. I called them in a panic they answered right away and had two technicians out to my house within an hour. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired all before 5 pm. They were thorough and efficient. They checked all their work before leaving to ensure it had been done correctly. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Really love this work, I needed my water heater fixed and I gave this Number a call they were here that same day on time, he was fast and very caring and helpful with me I really think you guys should give him a call he fixes a lot!!!!
