I’ve been using the Plumbing Source for over 10 years and as you can see they have provided a host of different services over the years between our last home and the older home we just moved into one year ago. Last year a new air conditioner and furnace were installed and the technicians were efficient and professional. Only once in the last 10 years have we had an issue with a repair and it was promptly resolved at no cost to me. Most recently they took care of a problematic drain in a bathroom sink and managed to get our exterior gas lamppost functional after years of being dormant. The value of a strong work ethic coupled with good customer service and value is hard to come by these days. Thank you!!

H. Jack was highly professional and reliable. We had a clogged sink and needed someone to attend to it that day. I called and before I could leave a message an associate called me back. They sent someone out immediately on a Sunday morning. Ben was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend H. Jack to fix and help with any home repairs or needs.

This is my second (and, probably not my last) review of MyGuys. Our hot water tank was, obviously, ready to go to hot water tank heaven. I called MyGuys and received a call back from Dan Streb. A technician from MyGuys. It was a Saturday and he had just gotten an emergency repair job. Dan kept us informed of his progress. He came over Sunday morning and replaced our hot water tank. Dan was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I know that when we call MyGuys again. We will definitely ask for Dan Streb to do the work we need! MyGuys, you have an awesome employee - Dan Streb! Thanks for his great work!

Nate Brewer came out yesterday morning to assess my failed AC system and give me an estimate for replacement. He couldn’t have been more courteous and thoughtful and patient with my lack of understanding. His explanation as to why it would behoove me to also replace my furnace at this time was very convincing so I’m going with a replacement of furnace and AC. He was wonderful.Nate was, again, wonderful! He was patient and generous with his time in explaining the new equipment to me.
