Best Cooling in Cleveland OH

This is my second time using Smylie One and I could not be more impressed. They've been quick to respond and extremely thorough with their assessment and recommendations. Their Technician, Dave, was simply fantastic - he was empathetic and creative with finding a way to keep the heat running over the weekend while we waited for the new parts and repairs on Monday morning. I was most impressed with how he followed up throughout the weekend ensure we were on track. He is as good as it gets!

I give this Plumbing Company a 5 Star rating. I had them repair my faucets in my office restroom and replace my Hot Water Tank they did a great job and no more leaks ! Jason, the owner and his Staff are Professional grade and I will highly recommend Mayer Plumbing to everyone I know ! *****

Straight to the point

Unlike the company that was sent to fix my water heater before them, they not only responded the same day they were assigned to schedule a visit, but the visit was within a few days, they had to come out a second time and did so the next day and fixed the issue and provided some insights into maintaining the hot water heater. Excellent, professional service

I thought my furnace went out because it was blowing cold air. I changed the batteries in the thermostat still was blowing cold air. So I placed a call to my favorite company they got me on the schedule for today, but then the heat clicked back on so I had to cancel. But I love this company there the Best !!!!

Take your business elsewhere! The service tech assured me they fixed the problem with my air conditioner, just to leave and charge me a boatload of money. Ten minutes after he left, the problem happened again and no one could get ahold of the tech. They dispatched the owner to have to come back to address the actual issue. Original tech was in a rush to get the job done. It was an dreadful experience. It was pulling teeth to get them to come to finish the job and charged me even more money! I don’t recommend this company. I should have listened to myself about using someone else.
The owner had to come to actually fix the problem that clearly wasn’t fixed the first time. How embarrassing. Overcharged me as well. Awful experience
