Sean came out to the house within 40 minutes, discussed options with me, made recommendations, and quoted a firm price. Sean, Francisco and crew arrived promptly at the appointed time, were friendly, respectful of our home, professional, efficient, and did a thorough job. The job took about a day longer than we all initially expected, but these guys worked continuously until the job was properly finished. When they left, they left the property immaculate. It wasn't cheap, but it was well worth the price, because it was done professionally and correctly, with an American-made York unit. If there are problems, we know that H. Jack's will send someone out immediately.

Thursday night I had to have my gas shut off due to 1 leak. I called WyattWorks as I have used them before. I was able to be promised to be on the schedule the next day. They always call and tell you the plan so I had a Service Expert Jamal come to assess from the gas company and do further assessments. Discussion and Estimates provided. He explained that another technician would come to do the workEdward came later and followed up on the plan of work to do. As it turned out I had multiple leaks and he showed me this. He was personable,but yet respectful to me working and keeping me in the know. Well the true test was the gas company coming back and running their tests again and passing. I passed and gas turned back on. All within a little over 24 hours. Great job.

When I called the response time was excellent and the workman was friendly and polite. The job was done quickly and I was very well please with the job. If a I have any other plumbing problems I would certainly call them.

I had the occasion to use H Jack plumbing recently under an emergency situation. The repairs I needed done entailed tearing out a concrete floor , repairing a major drain line and making the bathroom look like new. Adding to the difficulty was the time frame for the repairs, I needed the work done within 3 days as I was leaving for 2 months. Chip and his crews came in worked steadily and competently , coming early and staying late to make sure it was completed on time. I'm extremely satisfied with H Jack , Chip and his great crew for a job well done and service above and beyond. I won't hesitate to call H Jack plumbing should the need arise for plumbing services in the future.

Customer service is great! Scheduling and communication was very quick and easy. We had several commercial fixtures that were broke around our facility. Our tech Alex found the issues, recommended needed repairs and had us back up and running leak free fast!
