Sean is top notch. Honestly, I can't say enough things about how prompt, courteous, efficient, and hard working he has been as my go-to plumber for my rentals- and my home. I'm so glad to have been put in touch with him, especially after being jerked around by several plumbing companies.

My husband and I help maintain a family house in Parma Heights and we live in upstate NY. We have used many different plumbers over the years to help with a major problem. The services we used were not good, no follow through, etc. My husband found 1st Choice Plumbing on-line and we decided to give them a try. What an awesome find!! Dan is so professional, friendly and very helpful. He solved our problem, kept in touch with us by phone and with photos of progress. He also advised us what not to do as it would not help and would be costly. He figured out a better way and the price was great. I would highly recommend them if you want a professional job at a great price.

***UPDATED to 5 stars from 4***Chad came back to our home and did a fantastic job replacing our sump pump. He originally showed up a few days ago for a quote but was turned away, primarily due to some miscommunications (mostly misunderstanding on our end), we wrote a review (below) which describes the issue (Chad knew his stuff. We just misinterpreted his pump options. there are far more than two, he only meant he had two with him in the truck. We could have had any number of pumps installed, which once clarified, pretty much dissolved any reason for less than 5 stars previously). Once he left, I called the company to ask about pump options and cost breakdown, and my info was forwarded to one of the owners. Josh promptly called us back (one of the owners) and had a very informative and helpful conversation with us. He addressed my concerns, clarified our misunderstanding but also quickly acknowledged a few human/clerical/computer errors on his end without scoffing or doubting us and then went to work immediately to rectify the error. As a result, we decided this was the kind of team we want putting our home back together should we need someone in the future (and we will), or when we build a new bathroom in our basement. Classy company. Honest, friendly, communicates VERY well, pure professionalism from the front office, from the plumbers all the way up to the owners. I'd highly recommend them to everyone. He was easy to work with and the company maintained frequent communication regarding our sump pump. I knocked off a star because I asked specifically before scheduling what a sump pump replacement costs. The girl on the phone said it varies from job to job so they can't give an estimate without a service call first to check it out. Fair enough. Chad informed us, however, they only have two sump pump repair packages that are set prices. Not sure why I was told differently on the phone. Would have saved me the dispatch fee and saved them the time of sending someone out. They were very prompt about getting someone out here asap, though, which I appreciate greatly.

They are the best. I first found them when I had to replace a radiator in a rental property. Chris had one and was extremely fair with pricing. I have used and recommended him ever since. My renters and I trust him.

Northeast plumbing is re-plumbing my bathroom to make it safe and easy to use for my disabled grandmother. They gave me a fantastic quote compared to other companies and knowing this was time sensitive they started work right away. Tim and Ryan are very professional and have no issues answering my questions. I have used them before to help with plumbing issues in another restroom in my home and they sent Hayden out and he did a beautiful job fixing our shower. Thank you!

Approved Plumbing (Mike) arrived early - their office called to see if it was OK. The work was involved in the two frost free faucets has to be slightly repositioned within an existing wall. Mike M and Mike R from the initial site review and quote, did a good job of understanding both the technical and aesthetic requirements.

Both frost free faucets were fully installed and tested (no issues) within the estimated time and cost.

This is our third time to use Approved Plumbing over the past couple of years and Mike M's second time in our home. If you find yourself in need of a plumber, don't hesitate to give them a call.

Brian from Everything Plumbing and Drain has been incredibly great through a very confusing project with my yard’s sewer line. He ended up having to come 4 different times to my house and still charged me the same price he quoted me for. I even ended up asking him if he needed more money for all the work he put into my house.
His communication skills are very clear and he is professional at all times.
Even his wife who I believe answers his phone calls is always so helpful and kind. Truly great customer service.

I contacted Drain Be Clean Plumbing to assist with repiping our kitchen sink drain. We went from a double sink to a deeper single sink which caused the existing drain coming up from the basement to no longer line up properly. We were running short on time and I didn't want to be without a kitchen sink for too long until we had a free day to complete the work ourselves. John was polite, on time and completed the job the first thing the following day. He even finished installing our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend John as a plumber. It's hard to come by contractors these days that are respectful of their clients homes and John was the perfect match for this small job. We will definitely call Drain Be Clean for any future plumbing needs.

We discovered a problem with a clogged and broken sewer line beneath a meticulously finished law library in a 100 + year old building on the square in Chardon, OH. Plunger Plumber came to our rescue by repairing and lining this damaged sewer line remotely from the basement of the building. Absolutely no damage was done to any part of the building and tenants experienced minimal interruption or inconvenience.
Plunger Plumber did a fantastic job and will be recommended and used by us in the future.
