Best Water Softener Systems in Cincinnati OH

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Called after another service fell through and was so happy with the service I received. Had someone here in under an hour and in another hour the plumbing issue was completely fixed. So relieved and thankful! Brandon was so courteous and did an amazing job explaining everything.

Had clogged sink and Jeff and his partner were great. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Will definitely use them in the future.

The camera showed the pipe was in too bad of shape to try the rooter process.

Went to Neyer plumbing for a second opinion on a blockage of some kind in our storm drain. Was able to find exactly what the blockage was and where. Shared their possible repair options and a course of action to take that was not a crazy dollar figure. Really appreciated my techs honesty about the blockage and the best way to fix it.

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

We walked through the issue and he respectfully described the options and costs…then quickly & efficiently handled everything, reviewing the work upon completion to ensure we were satisfied. Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
