They were able to get me in within 24 hours for a slow drain. Eric came out and tried his hardest to get it unclogged but we realized a section of the pipe was bad and needed replaced. They did not charge the $93 and gave me an estimate on-site for the replacement. Great company, I'll choose them over any other plumber in Cincinnati.

Some confusion up front on whether or not they service Whirlpool water heaters under warranty. Apparently the receptionist was new and not aware. They called back and within a day made it right. I appreciate when a company admits to being human and still shows they care!

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I would deff recommend using them there prices are fair. From the moment I called till the moment my business was done with them was handle great. Thank you dalton again!

Roto Rooter is the best. My toilet was stopped up I called at 7:20 by 8:40 Brandon id#1535 arrived. He was very cordial and finished the job within ten minutes. Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
