Best Water Softener Installation in Cincinnati OH

Woke up to a water leak early in the morning. This is the second time we’ve called 1-Tom-plumber to do work for us. Was given a time between 10 and 12 . Adam was here by 10 and done by 1030. Quick and professional and no mess left behind. Explained the issue and showed pictures both before and after because of it being in a tight location. Won’t hesitate to call them again for any needs.

Tim was very professional and friendly. He was able to do repairs for me even after hours. Hughes and Sons is a fantastic family business. I would highly recommend them.

We had a technician named John, who was super friendly and got the problem fixed in less than 15 mins! The wait time for a technician was not very long either so overall we're super pleased with the experience. Can't stress enough how nice and knowledgable John was and he was really great interacting with our children which is very important to us. Great job!

Mark and Austin arrived on-time this morning (08/19/15)! Let's start there. Very happy to have people respect others time and when you're having plumbing issues, it's greatly appreciated. They were courteous and patient to explain what was happening and what they were doing. Cleaned-up after the job was done and even throw the dog's toys for them to chase while I wrote out their payment. I would definitely call again and would like for them to return to perform services. Of course I hope I don't need to anytime soon. :) Thank you.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
