Cullen was quick to respond to our main drain that was completely clogged. Cullen was thorough and explained everything that was going on so that I was able to understand the situation. I decided on Five Star Cincinnati Plumbing as my go-to plumbing company after meeting with a few plumbers and doing extensive research. They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Not only did we save money in the long run by switching to them, but their customer service was exemplary..

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Jonathan did a great job of clearing my clogged gutter drain pipe. He was courteous and didn't leave a mess. Billing was clearly explained. Service was done in less than an hour.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
